Geoff Staub is a marketing, customer experience, and recruitment operations executive who helps healthcare staffing, physician recruitment, education, and small businesses accelerate growth through data-driven marketing, brand strategy, and operational excellence.
As Principal of Staub Consultancy, LLC, Geoff advises privately owned, private equity-backed and publicly traded organizations ranging from emerging companies to billion-dollar enterprises. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience, including senior roles at Supplemental Health Care and Cross Country Healthcare, where he led transformative initiatives in digital marketing, talent attraction, customer experience, sales enablement, and acquisition integration.
Previously, Geoff served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Supplemental Health Care, where he led B2B and B2C marketing, branding, and customer acquisition. His customer experience and digital marketing strategies delivered double-digit improvements in revenue-generating talent, retention, gross profit, and lead generation. He also helped launch the We Connect mobile app, led a company rebrand and website overhaul, and redesigned talent attraction operations, resulting in triple-digit growth in qualified talent.
Before joining SHC, Geoff spent more than 17 years at Cross Country Healthcare as Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications. He oversaw marketing, digital strategy, branding, investor relations, analytics, forecasting, and sales enablement. Geoff managed a multi-million-dollar marketing budget with a sharp focus on ROI, generating double-digit year-over-year growth. His client acquisition and sales enablement efforts helped grow Cross Country’s managed service program (MSP) portfolio from just two wins in 2003 to more than 80 by 2018, serving over 3,100 healthcare organizations and managing $1 billion in spend.
While at Cross Country, Geoff also worked closely with the C-suite on investor relations, contributing to earnings scripts, investor presentations, annual reports, and shareholder communications. He supported Cross Country’s acquisition strategy, including due diligence, sign-and-close logistics, post-close integration, and related internal and external communications for deals representing $450 million in acquired revenue and sustaining double-digit annual growth.

An Ironman Triathlon triathlete and competitive endurance athlete, Geoff applies the same mindset to business that he brings to racing: disciplined preparation, relentless persistence, and a commitment not just to finish, but to perform at the highest level. He believes sustainable growth is built through endurance, resilience, and the determination to keep pushing until the organization reaches the podium.
Geoff has earned numerous industry awards, including 22 ADDY Awards for excellence in advertising. He has served as a council member of the American Staffing Association’s IDEA Group and as a board member of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame (St. Louis Chapter), where he received the organization’s Jim Ottis “Hussle Award.”
Geoff holds a Master of Arts in Media Communications from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Theory and Rhetoric) from University of Missouri–St. Louis, including a semester abroad at Université du Maine. He is also fluent in American Sign Language.
Geoff is both a supporter and fan of the arts. His favorite artists include Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Banksy, David Hockney, Basquiat and the Italian Renaissance Masters.
